Effective 9 September 2026. This page describes the repository's current request workflow without claiming that production collection or delivery is active.
Who and how to contact
Ardkor is the trade name used by this project. A legal operator name and postal address have not been supplied for publication. Privacy enquiries can be sent to reference@ardkor.org; mailbox delivery and attendance have not been verified.
What a recovery request can contain
The form can collect a reference, requested recovery mode, country or region, contact details, machine and technical context, urgency, quantity, condition preferences, consent state, and an optional attachment accepted by the private request workflow. Provide only what is needed for manual review.
Purpose and current collection state
Request data is intended only to review and manage the requested sourcing, repair, exchange, or on-site enquiry. Collection is paused by default and the form checks the current runtime state. No production recipient, external delivery channel, or data processor has been verified in the available release evidence.
Storage and retention
The implemented workflow uses private local request storage when explicitly enabled. No universal retention period is promised on this page. The production storage location, retention schedule, deletion operation, backups, and recipient must be configured, published, and verified before live collection.
Your choices
A recorded request receipt provides private controls for status, safe correction, withdrawal, access, and deletion. If those controls are unavailable, contact the reference desk with the request ID and requested action, without resending the request's full contact or technical content.
Optional analytics attribution is a separate, unticked choice. When that choice and the analytics runtime gate are enabled, the current tab may store only a bounded landing-category and source-category pair so the first consented categories can accompany a request; it stores no full URL, contact detail, free text, or cross-tab identifier and is cleared if the choice is withdrawn or the gate is disabled.
External sites
Supplier and source links open third-party sites with their own privacy practices. Ardkor does not claim control over those sites. Optional updates require their own selections and do not establish that a delivery service is active.
